Mexican Spice Mix 45g

Use Mexican as a dry spice rub, (moisten items with olive oil) and sprinkle on chicken, beef, lamb, prawns, or fish fillets.

Combine Mexican with flour in a bag, add chicken wings or calamari and shake to coat prior to frying.

Add to minced beef and use with nachos, tacos, quesadillas, chilli con carne, burritos or as a topping for Mexican inspired pizza.

Dust Mexican over buttered barbecued corn cobs and sprinkle with finely grated Manchego cheese (or parmesan) to finish. Or add as a savoury spice seasoning to freshly popped corn. 

 Foil baked potatoes - press open cooked potatoes, insert a little butter, top with sour cream a sprinkle of Mexican mix and top with fresh coriander.

Chilli Beef – sauté 500g beef mince, 1 chopped onion with 2 tbsp Mexican. Add a tin of tomatoes and a can of pinto or red beans, Simmer for 30 min and season.  Serve with corn chips, crusty bread or as a filling for tacos, burritos, or even jaffles!

Add Mexican mix to your guacamole with finely chopped coriander, red onion and lime juice.
